OpenWatch shows the security risk around you in Nigeria, live. Open the app and see verified security incidents within your radius: kidnappings, armed robberies, terrorism, communal violence, protests, scams and more. Each one sits on the map with how far away it is and how recently it happened. What you get: • Your area at a glance. A clear read on the risk around you, from Low to Elevated to High. • Real incidents, not noise. Every report is sourced from public reporting across Nigeria, then deduplicated and located before it reaches you. • Set your radius. Look 2, 5 or 10 km around your location. • Tap any incident. See the type, location, distance, date and a short summary. • Built for Nigeria. Coverage spans all 36 states and the FCT. For residents who want to understand their neighbourhood, travellers planning a route, logistics and field teams moving people and goods, journalists, and security professionals.
