PremInspect is now PremHQ. Same app, same sign-in, same work, with a new name and icon. Also new in 1.26: • The app opens on To-Do. Inspections, alerts, leave and clocking in are all in one list. • Share to-do lists with your team, on phone and tablet. • Clock in with no signal: the app keeps the time and sends it when you are back online. • Leave: when nobody can take the work, the manager picks who covers it, right from the phone. • Documents: money, number and phone boxes, and totals that add up as you type. • A new sign-in screen, and many smaller fixes.

What's new in 1.25: • To-Do lists: Sort your to-dos into lists, split a job into steps, and get a reminder when something is due. Works on phone and tablet. • Leave: See how much leave you have, ask for time off, and follow your request. Managers can approve or decline their team's requests right in the app. • Time on site: If your company turns it on, the app notes when you leave a site and come back, so your hours stay right even if you forget to clock out. It asks your permission first, and only watches the sites your company has set up. • Documents: Fill in a document, then send it for signing by link or email. Add the signed copy with a photo of each page or a PDF from your files. • A faster, steadier start, and other fixes.

SIGNING DOCUMENTS ON YOUR PHONE Review the supporting documents your signers uploaded, and open any of them to check it properly. If something is wrong, ask that signer for a new copy without going to a computer — and cancel the request again if you change your mind. Before you send, the review step now shows exactly which documents each signer will be asked for. HELP WHERE YOU NEED IT Guide videos are built into the app. Look for the guide button on any screen that has one. PDFS PDFs now open inside PremInspect, with options to view or share. IDENTITY Checks now cover foreign nationals, including a clear notice about where their information goes. Address lookup has been added. SENDING A DOCUMENT Type dates straight in on the number pad, and see exactly which field needs attention if something is refused. FIXED A clock-in made while offline now shows correctly once you are back on signal.

Client verification and document signing are now on your phone. VERIFICATION (FICA): send a client verification request from the Identity tab. New: "Who is this for?" tells the app whether the client is the paying or receiving party and applies your firm's source-of-funds rule for you. DOCUMENT SIGNING: open signing links from your phone; the one-time code is required for every signer. ATTENDANCE: rear-camera flash lights a dim room automatically during manager check-in. WORKING OFFLINE: Quick Capture starts from cached workflows, Calendar rows say what state each capture is in, the connection indicator says when it last checked. EVERYDAY FIXES: the keyboard no longer hides fields, tabs follow your industry defaults, long names wrap, Android sign-out goes straight to sign-in.

Rounds, photos and answers are saved item by item instead of in one large file, so the app holds more work offline, opens faster, and keeps what you have captured even if it closes mid-inspection or your phone restarts. • Queued work carries on uploading in the background instead of waiting until you next open the app, and makes full use of the time iOS allows. • An interrupted sync picks itself back up instead of stalling. • One "up to date" notice when everything has finished, rather than a notification per item. • If your session expires while you have unsent work, that work is kept and is still waiting when you sign back in. A QUICKER CAPTURE SCREEN • Long checklists stay smooth no matter how many items and photos they hold. • Signature pads are ready the moment you reach them, with no pause on the first tap.

We have completely rebuilt background sync so your offline work uploads on its own the minute you get signal back, even if the app is closed and your phone is locked. Reliability & Syncing - Background sync now runs properly on Android. Just tap "allow" on the one-time permission prompt, and your queued saves, photos, and clock-ins will upload automatically. - Instead of getting pinged for every single item, you will get just one "You’re up to date" alert when the entire queue finishes uploading. - Large inspections now open immediately. Rounds with huge checklists will not slow down or close the app. They load and scroll smoothly. - We rebuilt offline storage from the ground up. You can fit more work on your device, and a full cache is no longer at risk of being lost. Offline Capture Upgrades - You can now launch multi-stage asset workflows entirely offline. Follow-up stages are scheduled based on the exact moment you scanned the asset, not when you regain signal. - If someone updates a checklist template while you are offline, your work is kept safe. The app saves every answer that still matches the updated form. - A stalled photo upload will no longer block the rest of your sync queue. Smoother Field Work - Quick Nav drops you exactly on the section you selected, every time. - We have focused on entry-level device optimization. - We included several smaller fixes across attendance, scanning, and data capture. Site Audits & Web Dashboard - You can set up asset scheduling, coverage reporting, and site audits right from the PremInspect web dashboard. - Site audits can now be captured directly through the mobile app. - Any audits you schedule will show up right on your normal calendar, exactly like your regular jobs.
