Work app for independent massage therapists: apply in the app, accept appointments, manage your working hours, and message customers and support.
Home Massage Partner is the work application for independent massage therapists who take in-home appointments through the Book Home Massage platform. Anyone can create an account and apply to join. It is not a booking application for customers.
JOINING
Create an account in the app with your phone number, then submit your application with your name, role and identity document number. Our team verifies your details, and once your application is approved you can start receiving appointments. Applying is open to any qualified individual — no invitation and no affiliation with any company is required. You can also reach our team from the sign-in screen if you have questions.
RECEIVING APPOINTMENTS
Appointments available in your service area are listed with the service, the duration, the scheduled time and the location. You can accept an appointment and follow it through to completion. Accepted orders are grouped by status, so upcoming and completed work can be reviewed separately.
WORKING AN ORDER
An accepted order shows the customer's service address, the room or unit number where one was given, and a control that opens the location in Google Maps or Apple Maps. The order status is updated as you travel to the address, start the session and complete it.
MESSAGING
You can message the customer of an order that is in progress, and the support team at any time. Incoming messages can be translated inside the application, so therapists and customers who do not share a language can still communicate. Every customer thread provides a report control and a block control. Messaging with a customer closes when the order ends; the support thread stays open.
WORKING HOURS
You can set your daily working hours and record leave, overtime and external work. The services assigned to your profile are listed for reference.
PROFILE
You can review and update your profile details and read the ratings and reviews customers have left.
LOCATION
Location is used only while you are signed in with the application open. It places you in the customer application's therapist list, provides the approximate distance shown there, and supports safety and fraud checks. It is not collected in the background.
