We have repeatedly tested an auto-renewable subscription in TestFlight using Apple's Sandbox environment. The purchase sheet never appears. The app calls the purchase flow, waits, and eventually times out without receiving a successful purchase or user cancellation. We have updated our StoreKit 2 integration and server-side validation, but the behavior remains unchanged across multiple builds. We only have access to a single Sandbox tester and device, so we are unable to verify whether this is account-specific or an issue with the Sandbox environment. Could you please check whether there are any known issues or account-related problems affecting Sandbox purchases for this app or tester?

During testing we verified the subscription and trial logic extensively. One scenario (trial expiration in the TestFlight/Sandbox environment) cannot be fully reproduced with our current test account because Apple's Sandbox returns an already active entitlement for the existing tester. The app uses StoreKit as the authoritative source for subscription status and now correctly evaluates the expiration date returned by StoreKit. No custom entitlement logic bypasses Apple's subscription status.
