Version 2.1.3. Cleaner settings, swipe that learns from your picks, and work on almost every language. SETTINGS • EFKey had grown too many options in too many places. Every screen was reviewed: each language has its own page, the dictionary is one row, diagnostics is one switch. Your values are kept, and search finds everything in its new place. NEW • Swipe down from the space bar: AI rewrites the field or the selection, or the keyboard hides. Tap the bar to get the original back. Pro, off by default. • Swipe up from the space bar: the translator opens and translates right away. Pro, off by default. • Delete all: drag from backspace into the left third of the keys and let go. Undo brings back the whole text. • Names from Contacts in suggestions and swipe. Never applied on their own. • Clipboard categories of your own, for text and images, with labels. • My Themes: save up to 12 custom themes. • Letter size from 85 to 130 %, bold key text, three key shadow styles. • Key press animations with adjustable speed, 15 swipe trail effects. SWIPE AND TYPING • Pick another word after a swipe and the next identical swipe follows your pick. • Contractions (you're, I'll), two-letter words, plurals, long compounds and imported words swipe. "I am" no longer comes out as "I an". • Neural swipe runs again on 76 MB devices like the 13 mini. • Autocorrect off: nothing changes after you type. The bar still offers the fixes. • An accent you type is never removed automatically. • The bar follows shift and Caps Lock. Shift-cycling works in the middle of a word. • Slide from ABC, #+= and shift the way you slide from 123. • Single-letter words can be learned. Import accepts hyphenated words. • iOS text replacements expand on their own again, also m2 and CO2. The Shortcuts screen no longer needs Pro. LANGUAGES • Dictionaries in 31 languages grew by more than 370,000 words. • English: names capitalize (mike → Mike), "i" offers "I", words like resubmits swipe. English (UK) shows as EN unless both variants are on. • German: weiß and groß swipe with ß, "im" stays "im" next to English, Grüße instead of grouse, 165 colloquial words (gibts, habs). • French: optional apostrophe key on every layout, a context key for accents. • Portuguese (Portugal): typos are corrected again, 1990 spelling first (receção, ação). • Italian: perché and più instead of perche and piú. • Dutch: English words and predictions removed, foto's and m'n added. • Slovak and Czech: 11,371 and 10,905 new words, towns included. • Polish: 58,828 spoken forms back (siedzę, spoko). • Russian: 40,255 more word forms. Ukrainian and Belarusian keep the apostrophe (п'ять). • Spanish, Danish, Finnish, Indonesian and about 20 more correct more typos. • Afrikaans is new, in beta. Arabic has a tashkeel key. Telugu has 57 words confirmed by a native speaker. • Basque no longer turns itself on after install. FIXES • No more blank keyboard after switching apps. The emoji panel works without Full Access. • A setting applies on the first try; iCloud sync no longer reverts it. • The translator reads the whole field. • Return in a search field sends what you typed. An empty search field shows a grey Return. • Safari's address bar no longer starts with a capital. • Native theme on iOS 27: translucent keys like the system keyboard. • Bar hidden: no empty strip, and the top row stays inside the rounded edge. • Redeeming an offer code shows the result. The app rotates on iPad.

Mostly fixes this time, and almost all of it came from your reports. • English (UK). Its own language now, with British spellings ranked over the US ones. Beta for now. • Long-press, your way. Edit what the dot, comma and 123 keys hold, and add a row of emoji. • It learns. Fix a word's capitals and it stops changing them back. Words with digits or hyphens, like 3D or well-being, get learned too. • Ask from the app. Report a bug, suggest a feature or request a language from the EF tab. Also fixed: • The keyboard shows up the first time you open an app, every time. • A setting you change takes effect in the open keyboard right away. • 30,000 learned words no longer slow down swipe and the suggestion bar. • Hebrew and Arabic: the bracket keys give the bracket you pressed. • French keeps a normal space before ? and !, and the number row stays on the second symbols page.

Most of this release went into swipe and autocorrect. • Cleaner suggestions. Swipe and the bar no longer offer made-up short words — dictionaries were cleaned up across several languages. • Better with two languages. German nouns stay capitalized in swipe, predictions and typing, even when English is the active layout. • Apostrophes done right. dont becomes don't, hell be becomes he'll, and those words stay in the suggestion bar. • Predictions continue from the letters you've already typed. • Swipe fixes: it works again in emoji, GIF and translator search, and a swipe that ends off the keyboard is dropped. Also new: • Your languages live on the spacebar. Swipe across it to switch between them. • Hold "123" and slide to a symbol, or swipe up on the period. • In a URL field, hold the period for domains: .com, your region's, .net, .org, .eu. • Hold backspace to erase whole words, a search box when adding a language, and a redesigned clipboard.

MUCH SMARTER AUTOCORRECT Fixes real typos without changing words that were already right — even words with several mistakes in them. Understands sentence context, and handles apostrophes and contractions properly. Correct a word once and one backspace tells it to leave that word alone for good. Smarter autocorrect - It now uses full dictionaries, so it no longer changes valid words into the wrong ones. - If it ever corrects a word you meant, one backspace and it will never touch that word again — and it remembers it. Next-word prediction - New prediction across all 18 languages, using two words of context. Follows your app - The keyboard now matches the light or dark appearance of the app you are in. Faithful in-app Preview - The Preview now behaves exactly like the real keyboard and reflects all your settings, so you can try everything before enabling it.
