Better search, double tap to like, and simpler events • Search now suggests places while you keep typing, shows your recent places from the first letter, and holds on to the right place through small typos, accents, and names in other scripts. • Can't find a place? Add it to hungr straight from your search results, and a loading bar shows while a search is working. • Double tap a post to like it. The buttons under each post are bigger with more room between them, and the post viewer says liked instead of loved. • Tap any photo to see it full screen, on reviews, posts, profiles, Featured, and place pages. • See more now opens every long post and review, even ones with tags and mentions, and tapping the Explore tab icon takes you back to the top and refreshes. • A comment now posts the first time you press Return. • Hosted events and community updates are now simply Events, with one way to add one and an optional link and price on any event. • Profiles you visit now use the same card as your Account tab, with titles that fold open inside it. • The Friends tab now counts your friends' posts as well as their reviews. • If a draft's photos can no longer be loaded, you can remove just those photos and keep going instead of getting stuck. • When a photo is flagged, we now tell you a person is looking at it, usually within a day. • Saved events now have their own page under Events in your Saved dropdown, with upcoming and ongoing events first and past ones below. • Save from social now finds places in posts written in other languages, and in posts that only give the street address.

Your taste profile • The palate card asks you to rate a place once, in one clear line, instead of telling you the same thing three times. • The personalization setting now says plainly what your taste profile reads: the dishes you post, the places you rate, save and check in to, and what you search for. • A new info button beside the chart explains why leaving notes makes your profile sharper. • The list bar now fills with the colour of the verdict you are looking at, so you can tell at a glance whether you are in Want to go, Liked, Loved or Disliked. Bug Fixes • The place search box no longer hides under the keyboard. • Pasting a list into Import is no longer covered by the keyboard. • The map stops showing the "no saved places" card when there are event pins on screen waiting to be tapped. • The getting started guide no longer opens a menu that covers its own instructions.

What’s new V1.02 A new welcome, follows, and a faster map • A fresh start: pick the cuisines you love from groups, save a handful of spots, or write your first review in full. • Every screen shows you around the first time you open it. Get started, under Account, keeps the step-by-step guides. • Follow people instead of adding friends. Private accounts take follow requests, and following each other still makes you friends. • Being mentioned in a comment notifies you, and a review comment opens that review. • City labels beside every place, saved pins that load faster, and no more surprise sign-outs.
