NEW GROUND We have written hundreds of new affirmations for life moments the library did not yet speak to: job loss, betrayal, the strain of school and exams, growing older, caregiving, and living with a body that has its own plans. SOUND THAT STAYS WITH YOU Your calming sounds now keep playing after the screen goes dark, with controls on the Lock Screen and in Control Center. Choose a technique, follow the rhythm, and let the glyph at the center become where you begin. New haptics swell on the inhale and fade on the exhale, so a session can be paced by feel — with your eyes closed.
