Calyn is an AI emotional support companion. A calm place to talk things through, between or instead of human therapy sessions. For the overthinking at 2am, the burnout that builds quietly, the loneliness that is hard to say out loud.
Two ways to talk:
Session is structured, like a guided conversation: check in, go deeper, land on one concrete step. Talk is a friend who listens, remembers, and gives an honest take when you ask for one.
It actually remembers:
Calyn keeps track of what you're working on: the issues you name, the progress you make, the setbacks too. Each conversation builds on the last, and steps you commit to come back around gently.
Made for real life:
Speak instead of typing when words flow easier. Share a photo of a message you're struggling with. Talk in any language, whenever it hits, for as long as you need.
Private by design:
No ads, no trackers, no selling your data. Attached images are deleted after your session. Export a summary for your therapist, reset your data, or delete your account at any time.
The honest part:
Calyn is AI, not a therapist or medical service, and it can get things wrong. It doesn't replace professional care. If you're in crisis, Calyn points you to real help at findahelpline.com, and that page is never behind a paywall.
