Maryam - learn arabic
Learn Arabic with a teacher.
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
A women-first space for learning Quran-classical Arabic with a vetted female teacher, calm daily lessons, and an AI helper that knows when to step aside.
MARYAM - Arabic Learning, Designed for Women
Learn to read the Qur'an, understand Arabic, and pray with meaning - guided by a dedicated female teacher and a 24/7 AI tutor, all in one calm, private space built for women.
Whether you're starting from zero, returning to Arabic after years away, or a new Muslim looking for support on your journey, Maryam builds a learning path around your goals - not a generic course.
WHY MARYAM
- Women-only platform. Every teacher is a verified woman. Every session is private.
- A dedicated teacher, matched to you. After a short onboarding, you're matched with a real, qualified Arabic teacher within 24 hours - not a rotating pool of strangers.
- AI tutor, anytime. Practice conversation, vocabulary, and grammar with your AI tutor whenever you have five free minutes. It teaches the language - for matters of faith, we always point you to a qualified scholar.
- Built around your "why". Tell us if you're learning to read the Qur'an, to pray with understanding, to speak confidently, or simply to reconnect with the language - your path adapts to it.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tell us your goal and current level (a few taps, no test anxiety).
2. Get matched with a female Arabic teacher suited to your pace and purpose.
3. Follow a personalized path: structured lessons, audio and video, vocabulary practice, and short quizzes.
4. Join live 1-on-1 video sessions with your teacher - camera-optional by default, so you're always comfortable.
5. Submit homework (including recorded audio answers) and get real feedback from your teacher.
6. Track your progress with streaks, weekly and monthly reports, and a clear view of what to focus on next.
