**Active Bina** is the official app for the East Residence residential complex. Everything residents need in one place: view and pay management company invoices, access the complex with facial recognition, generate QR codes for guests, submit meter readings, and contact the concierge through a simple and intuitive interface. ## APP FEATURES ### Invoices and Payment History * View your current balance across all contracts and buildings. * Review your payment history, organized by month. * See detailed charges for water, electricity, elevator maintenance, cleaning, and other services. * Payments are securely processed through an external payment provider. Payment card information is never stored in the app. ### Guest QR Access * Generate a guest QR code in seconds. * View the history of issued guest passes. * Guests can present their QR code at the entrance for quick and convenient access. ### Face Recognition Entry * Upload your photo once to enable optional facial recognition access. * Your photo is transmitted securely using encrypted connections. * Face recognition is optional. You can continue using all other app features without enabling it. * Facial recognition data is stored by the management company and its access control system and is deleted upon request or when your residency ends. ### Apartment and Residents * View apartment information, including block, area, and contracts. * Register family members and tenants. * Manage resident profiles and contact information. ### Meter Readings * Submit water and electricity meter readings. * View your previous submissions. ### Services and Announcements * Request concierge services. * Receive news and announcements from the management company. * Get notifications about invoices, events, and guest access. ## SECURITY AND PRIVACY * Sign in using your email address and a one-time verification code (OTP). * Your PIN and biometric authentication credentials are securely stored on your device. * All communication with our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or later. * The app does not process or store payment card information. * Precise location is not required. * Your personal data is never used for advertising or sold to third parties. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data" and GDPR requirements.
