AlergiGuard detects all nine allergens the FDA requires on US labels: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans and sesame. Plus the five that only Europe mandates and that show up constantly in imported food: mustard, celery, lupin, mollusks and sulfites.
INTOLERANCES, FLAGGED SEPARATELY FROM ALLERGIES
Lactose, fructose, sorbitol and other polyols (E420, E965...), histamine and sulfites (E220-E228). An intolerance is not an allergy, and the app never mixes them up.
