Ovumi: Pregnancy Prep & Period
Ovulation Calendar & Fertility
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Preparing for pregnancy can feel like a lot. Ovumi makes it calm: your cycle, your nutrition and trustworthy guidance from a clinical dietitian, all in one place.
A free app with no ads. Your data stays on your device.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Cycle calendar. Log your period, temperature (BBT), LH tests, cervical mucus, mood, symptoms and much more, and get to know your own rhythm.
• Recipes you'll actually cook. Meal ideas to support the months before pregnancy, from easy-to-find ingredients.
• Expert articles. Evidence-based, written by a clinical dietitian: folic acid, supplements, endometriosis, PCOS, stress and much more.
• A space made for you. Four calming colour worlds (palettes), each with its own mood, designed with women in mind.
WHY OVUMI
• Created by Oksana Rozponczyk, a clinical dietitian with NHS and London hospital experience, and founder of AnaskoMed Clinic.
• Truly private. Your data is encrypted on your device, nothing is sold, and we only see crash reports if you allow it.
• Calm and judgement-free. No pressure, just steady support.
A FEW WORDS FROM ME
I created Ovumi for women who want to conceive. I know how much it means to track your cycle and symptoms calmly, and to be able to share that information with your doctor or dietitian. This is a space made by a woman, for women, meant to hold you gently.
We are all different, so Ovumi gives you four worlds to settle into, depending on your mood: Bloom when you want to feel soft and feminine, Wildwood when you long for nature, Mist for a moment of calm, and Honey when you need comfort and confidence.
I didn't want Ovumi to be just another app. I wanted a place that feels special for each of us, one that helps you show your symptoms to your doctor and understand what affects your cycle and fertility.
