You can now add images to your cue cards. For things that are easier to show than explain, add a picture alongside your steps and notes. Everything stays together, ready for the next time you need it. I’ve also reworked the card detail screen to make cards easier to read and edit. There are plenty of smaller improvements throughout the app, too, along with fixes for bugs that showed up in everyday use. Thanks for using CueCard. This is a big update. A designer friend gave the original interface a very honest critique, so I went back to the drawing board. With his advice, I reworked Home and refined many of the smaller details to make CueCard easier on the eyes and smoother to use. I hope you enjoy the new look. What’s new • A redesigned Home puts your active cue card, scheduled starts, reusable cards, and recent completions within easy reach. • Confusing terms such as “lists,” “tasks,” and “focus” have been replaced with a clearer system: cue cards, steps, and active cards. • Start a card and keep following your progress in the app, on the Lock Screen, or in Dynamic Island, checking off steps as you go. Improved • Starting, completing, saving, and reusing a cue card now feels more direct. • Editing is smoother, too: you can now quickly update items, add new ones, or rearrange them right from a card’s detail screen. • Search, tags, and the archive are all still here, but stay out of the way of what matters most: opening a card and getting on with it. • Refined interface details and examples make it easier to create cue cards that fit your own routines. • I also fixed a handful of issues I ran into in everyday use. Safe to update If you already use CueCard, everything will carry over: your cards, tags, archive, schedules, completion history, and iCloud data. Optional iCloud sync is here. It’s off by default, and you can turn it on anytime in Settings to keep your checklists and completion history in sync across devices signed in to the same Apple Account. We also refined the app icon and fixed some bugs.
