FuelForm helps you record meals and understand your nutrition without filling your diary with made-up progress.
Log food in the way that fits the moment:
- Take or choose a meal photo
- Describe a meal by voice or text
- Scan a packaged-food barcode
- Review and edit every nutrition estimate before relying on it
See calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, sugar, sodium, hydration, meal timing, and progress based on the information you actually log. Empty accounts stay empty; FuelForm does not seed sample meals, streaks, achievements, or body trends into your history.
Optional Apple Health integration can import profile and body information you approve and can write supported nutrition records. You can control Health access at any time in iOS Settings.
FuelForm also includes meal history, nutrition and weight progress views, hydration tracking, reminders, widgets, Siri and Shortcuts actions, editable goals, account sync, and a built-in Knowledge Hub with general nutrition and wellness articles. The Store tab previews a future FuelForm storefront; products and purchasing are not available in this version. Some AI, history, progress, coaching, and convenience features require FuelForm Pro. The free plan and any optional preview are explained in the app before you continue.
AI-generated nutrition is an estimate and may be incomplete or wrong. Review portions, ingredients, calories, and macros. FuelForm is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional.
Before FuelForm sends content for an AI request, it identifies the data involved, its purpose, and the named providers, and asks you to allow or decline that sharing. You can change this choice later in Settings.
If you subscribe, payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or restore purchases from FuelForm Settings.
