Easy Diet is a simple diet app built around one rule: take a photo before you eat. No calorie counting, no strict meal plans, and no complicated tracking. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, or late-night food, just snap a quick photo before it goes into your body. That small moment of friction helps you pause and naturally eat less.
Your photos are organized by date in a clean photo grid, making it easy to see how often you ate each day. Some days stay at three meals. Other days clearly show extra snacks or late-night eating.
You can also add notes to each photo, search your notes later, and review weekly meal-count summaries. Social-share image export is included so you can post your progress and stay mindful every day.
Easy Diet keeps the experience minimal so the habit is easy to continue.
