Fixed access and permission issues across team management and league editions, locked leagues and editions are now handled correctly everywhere. Improved the team invite system: safer role assignment, a new Pending Invites list with resend/cancel, and protection against duplicate invites. Fixed a crash when requesting to join a team, plus several other bug fixes and UI improvements.

- Leagues now show as a vertical icon rail on the left of the match list (replacing the horizontal scroll strip). Tap a league bubble to switch leagues. - Tap the compass icon above the rail to browse all leagues and choose which ones appear in your rail (checkbox list, grouped by country). - The match list header now shows just the league name; the redundant gender badge was removed (gender is already visible on each league's bubble).
