Strong leadership requires balance across the system, not just one high score. Each round brings new work, decisions, consequences and opportunities. People remember how you lead. Commitments return. Pressure builds. Trust can strengthen or weaken. Capability can grow, stagnate or leave. Your Leadership CV records your progression, responsibilities, achievements and leadership patterns across the simulation. The Mentor helps you reflect on what you handled well, what you may have missed and where to focus next. Calendar support helps you schedule follow-up actions, review moments and leadership practice so insight can move into real-world follow-through. Different starting experiences, campaign styles, organisations, leadership positions and senior-manager behaviours create varied leadership journeys and encourage replay. ContributionShift Live v1.1 introduces self-guided multiplayer demo mode. You can now create a temporary multiplayer demo session, share the join code with another tester or small group, choose different roles and experience shared leadership consequences together. This update also improves the Facilitated Multiplayer help screen, explains how to request a Practitioner ID for real facilitated workshops, and makes it easier for App Store reviewers and new users to test multiplayer without needing a Practitioner Code.
