Ambient Noise & Binaural Beats

Free · In‑App Purchases

Find a sound for focus, rest or sleep. Explore 90 tracks across ambient collections and the frequency library, with playback controls and a sleep timer. Choose ambient music, nature sounds, noise colours or frequency tracks for your own listening session. All 90 tracks are bundled in Frequency: Sound by Signalkind, so you can listen without streaming. FIND A SOUND THAT SUITS THE MOMENT Browse 50 ambient pieces in Focus, Calm, Reset, Sleep and Uplift, plus 40 tracks across seven frequency sections. Explore white, pink and brown noise, binaural beats, isochronic tones and more. Search the library and keep your favourites close. SETTLE INTO THE PLAYER Play, pause, skip, scrub, shuffle and repeat. Adjust speed for ambient and broadband tracks, or set a sleep timer with a gentle fade. Use background playback, lock-screen controls and AirPlay while doing something else. A GUIDE TO YOUR LIBRARY Explore the sound formats and track guidance. The 26 tracks with precise Hz targets stay at 1× speed: tonal tracks preserve pitch, binaural tracks preserve the left/right frequency difference, and isochronic tracks preserve pulse rate. The other tracks have no exact Hz claim; ambient music uses ambience labels, while noise and nature sounds are broadband. Binaural tracks require stereo headphones. Follow each track's guidance. YOUR OWN LISTENING RECORD Review listening time, Signal Points and Milestones. Earned Milestones and Signal Points remain available after the initial access window. LOCAL AND PRIVATE Listening history, favourites, Signal Points and settings stay on your device. No app account, analytics or tracking. Optional device authentication protects access. Apple handles purchases and restores, which may need a connection. ACCESS AND PURCHASES A fourteen-day initial access window starts at first launch without a subscription purchase. After that, Collections, Frequency and Guide require an active subscription or lifetime unlock. Calm is part of Collections and follows the same access rules. Choose a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the App Store price for your country. Eligible monthly and annual subscribers may receive Apple's separate two-week introductory offer. Apple confirms eligibility. Subscriptions renew at the displayed price unless cancelled. Frequency is a listening companion, not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. Track names and frequency labels do not promise treatment or a particular cognitive or health result. Requires iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. The SignalKind apps have separate purchases; there is no combined subscription.
