I’ve tried so many self-improvement and wellness apps, but Bellamy feels completely different. It doesn’t make me feel like I need to optimize every part of my life or become a different person. It’s helped me understand myself better, recognize the patterns I keep falling into and actually get clear on what I want.The assessments are probably my favorite part. (Loved the State of Being). I’ve had several moments where I read my results and thought, “wait… that is EXACTLY what I’ve been doing.” I also love the little reminders and things I’ve collected because they bring me back to myself when I start getting caught up in everything else.It’s beautiful, thoughtful and genuinely feels like having a little guide for becoming more intentional about your life. It’s really analyze your life and make sure you’re moving in the right direction. Bellamy allows me to do justice with it all in one place, not only does it give me a place to analyze my feelings write them out, track, my habits, and so much more, but it also gives me a lot of great advice, as well as some great daily prompts and affirmations
