Time to Pill
Pill Reminder & Tracker
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Take your medicine on time with simple reminders. Track your daily pills, avoid missed doses, and stay organized with a free, easy-to-use app.
Time to Pill is a simple, friendly reminder that tells you when it's time to take your pills. It was made to be easy for everyone — with large, clear text and big buttons, so there is nothing complicated to learn.
Completely free. No payments, no subscriptions, no hidden costs, and no advertising. You don't even need to create an account. Just open the app and start.
How it helps you every day:
• A gentle reminder rings when it's time — with a calm "pills in a jar" sound you won't miss.
• The reminder keeps reminding you until you confirm, so a missed pill won't slip by.
• For the medicines that really matter, turn on "Ring like an alarm": a full-screen alarm sounds even when your phone is on silent or in a Focus mode, with "Taken" and "Snooze" right on the screen (iPhone with iOS 26 or later).
• Tap once to mark a medicine as "Taken." That's all — in the notification, in the widget, on your Apple Watch, or just by asking Siri.
• See everything for today on one simple screen.
Easy to set up:
• Add a medicine with its name and dose (for example, "Aspirin — 100 mg").
• Or just describe it in your own words — "Amoxicillin 500 mg three times a day for 7 days after meals" — and the form fills itself in. This happens on your phone with Apple Intelligence; nothing is sent anywhere (requires an Apple Intelligence–compatible iPhone).
• Choose the times of day — morning, noon, evening, or night.
• Take it every day or every few days. Set when your treatment starts and, if needed, its last day.
• Mark whether to take it before, with, or after a meal.
• Pick the reminder sound you like best.
Always at hand:
• Widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen show the next pill and today's progress — and let you mark it taken without opening the app.
• Ask Siri: "Mark Aspirin as taken in Time to Pill" or "What should I take today in Time to Pill."
• Get reminders right on your Apple Watch and mark a pill taken from your wrist.
More helpful features:
• A clear calendar shows what you took and what you missed each day.
• If you don't need a pill today, simply swipe to skip it — it's remembered, not lost.
• Keep count of how many pills are left and get a reminder to buy more before they run out.
• Import the medicines you already added in the Apple Health app.
• Drag medicines to put them in the order you like.
• On iPad and the foldable iPhone Duo the app makes use of the wider screen: tabs move to a sidebar and the calendar sits next to the day's list.

Ratings & Reviews
Time to Pill 1.4 is our biggest update so far.
• An alarm for important pills. Turn on "Ring like an alarm" and a full-screen alarm will sound even when your phone is on silent or in a Focus mode, with "Taken" and "Snooze 10 min" right on the screen. Needs iOS 26.
• Widgets. See your next pill and today's progress on the Home Screen and Lock Screen, and mark it taken right there.
• Siri. Say "Mark Aspirin as taken in Time to Pill" or "What should I take today in Time to Pill."
• Describe a medicine in words. Type "Amoxicillin 500 mg three times a day for 7 days" and the form fills itself in — on your phone, with Apple Intelligence. Needs an Apple Intelligence–compatible iPhone with iOS 26.
• Keep count of the pills you have left and get a reminder to buy more.
• A fresh look, drag to reorder your medicines, and a layout made for iPad and iPhone Duo.
• Fixed: reminders could stop after tapping "Taken" in a notification or on Apple Watch. They are reliable now.
