Glow answers your clients while you work On a paid plan, every professional has their own Glow assistant inside Messages. When a client has waited 10 minutes, Glow replies for you, answers from your services, hours and free times, and can send a service so your client can book. You can step in at any time. Photos and videos in Messages Clients and professionals can now send photos and videos to each other. Glow only looks at a client's photo if the client says yes. A cleaner service card Every service shows its time and its From price, with one clear Book button, the same on your profile and in Messages. Never lose a regular Glow notifies you when a client has not been in for 8 weeks, so you can send them a warm message. Templates and Polish A playing template shows its progress along the top and pauses where you stop it. Polish now has Light, Colour and Contrast dials. Faster everywhere Pages open quicker and stop reloading what they already have.

It had been answering as though your account was empty, and putting that right is the main reason for this release. NEW IN GLOW Attach a photograph, a PDF or a text file and ask about it. A tax letter, an insurance schedule, a supplier invoice, a contract you have been sent. Glow reads it with you and tells you what it says, what it is asking you to do and by when. Nothing you attach is stored anywhere. Tools and Templates now sit under the message box, so every room is one tap away. Talking to Glow out loud works through a whole conversation instead of stopping after the first answer. MARKETING A new screen that shows where the people who opened your page came from: Instagram, TikTok, Google, Facebook, WhatsApp, or somebody who typed your link in. Counted, never estimated, and shown over seven days, thirty, ninety or a year. TEMPLATES Search the library by name, and a much larger library to search. ALSO FIXED Uploading a photo no longer sits on "Uploading" for ever. The app brings itself up to date when you come back to it after a long time, so you are never looking at last week. Adding a second clip works. Plans show the one you are on.

Voice, properly. Talking to Glow now uses your iPhone's own speech engine, so it hears you the first time. Ask a question and Glow answers while it is still thinking, the way a person would.
