Book Now with No Fee! For a limited time, coordinating your service carries no additional charge. NEW • Confirmation code: a provider can only close a booking with a 4-digit code we send to you. No one marks a job complete without your confirmation. • New "Requests" tab under Bookings: track the requests you sent, see how many providers replied, and close them once you've chosen. • Sending a request now asks what you need, when, and where, so you get more relevant replies. • Requests now expire on their own once the time you needed them has passed. IMPROVED • Bookings update instantly when the provider starts or finishes the job. Pull down to refresh anytime. • Notifications open the right page, even from a closed app. • Faster, more accurate provider search. • Categories now show the real number of available services. • Redesigned Popular Services, organized by subcategory. • Clearer date and time selection when booking.

• Send one request to several providers: describe what you need once and send it to the providers in your search results. The first to respond message you in chat, and you book whoever you prefer. • Share your location in chat when you have an active booking, so your provider can open it in their maps app and drive straight there. • Full-screen map for your address: pan and zoom to drop the pin exactly where you are. Country, department and municipality fill in automatically. • My Tickets: track your support requests and reply from the app. • Search by trade — "electricista", "plomero", "mecánico" — not just by service name. • Tap chat photos to view them full screen with zoom. • From a chat, "Reserva Ya" now takes you straight to the service you were discussing. • Providers: identity verification by selfie, used only to match your ID document. It is private and never shown to customers. • Providers: a new Opportunities tab showing customer requests and how many response slots are left. • More accurate provider search, plus fixes to the offers shown on Home. • Stability and performance improvements.

• Receive your phone verification code by push notification — faster and more reliable. • Redesigned "Popular Services" section with category images and service counts. • Tap "reviews" or a provider's rating to see all their reviews. • Improved Verification Documents page: required documents now appear first and are clearly marked. • Smoother provider search — the keyboard now dismisses correctly. • Improved email code delivery and bug fixes.

• A simpler booking time picker with 12‑hour (a.m./p.m.) format. • Redesigned "Popular Services" section with category images and service counts. • View all of a provider's reviews with a single tap. • Faster sign‑up: removed unnecessary steps. • Receive your verification code by push notification if SMS doesn't arrive. • Provider photos now display correctly in category lists. • Sign‑in stability improvements and bug fixes.

Version 1.5.11 New: • "Verified" badge: providers who completed document verification now show a Verified badge on listings, search, and their profile, so customers can spot trusted providers. Improvements: • Providers need an active subscription to reply to chat messages (they can still receive them) — consistent with the accept-bookings rule. Fixes: • Fixed switching to "client mode" when the account already had a client profile (previously showed a "You are already a client" error). • Fixed Biometric re-login • Fixed edit provider address • Fixed Service name split in 2 lines • Fixed Char filter by profile customer / provider

I kept it user-facing — no mention of nginx/dSYM/backend internals, which don't belong in store notes. If your App Store listing only has a Spanish locale, paste just the Spanish block. If you also maintain an English locale, use the English one there. The verification-document upload fix line assumes the nginx 20M reload is done on the VPS — otherwise that fix isn't actually live for users. Want to keep that line or drop it until nginx is updated?

• Solicitudes del proveedor: nuevas pestañas Pendientes e Historial. • Corrección: la opción "Convertirse en Proveedor" ahora funciona correctamente. • Notificaciones push más confiables. • Mejoras de estabilidad y correcciones menores.

• Loyalty program: earn points for every completed service, level up (Bronze, Silver, Gold), and redeem them for free appointments. • My Points: new level badge with a progress bar and automatically updated goals. • Vouchers: now show their expiration date. • Improved provider profiles: description, photo gallery, and a "Verified" badge. • Chat: image sending and an unread-message indicator in the navigation bar (for customers and providers). • More reliable push notifications: the app refreshes its registration automatically so you don't miss alerts. • Fixes to email verification code delivery. • Stability improvements.
