Konki

Exercise log for gym + cardio

Free

Konki logs lifting, calisthenics and cardio in one place, then works out what to ask for next from what you actually did. Konki logs lifting, calisthenics and cardio in one place, then works out what to ask for next from what you actually did. Not from a template written for a stranger. From your sets, your times, your bodyweight. THREE KINDS OF TRAINING, ONE LOG Weights. A 189-exercise catalogue across 74 base movements, with grip and implement recorded rather than flattened. Konki estimates a one-rep max from your working sets, adjusted for the reps you had left in reserve, and shows you the method rather than a mystery number. Calisthenics. A pull-up isn't zero kilos. Konki counts your bodyweight as load where the movement calls for it, handles weighted and assisted variants, and progresses by difficulty rather than only by reps. Cardio. Enter a race or a hard effort and Konki derives your training paces from it — the same method coaches have used for decades, applied to your times rather than a table. BUILT TO BE HONEST Where the evidence for a muscle split doesn't exist, Konki says so instead of guessing a percentage. An untagged exercise still logs and still charts; it just stays out of volume analysis, and tells you why. Training load comes from one input you give it, not from an algorithm's opinion of how hard you worked. Every bundled programme is written for Konki. Nothing here is somebody else's method with the name filed off. WHAT'S INSIDE - Log a session — supersets, circuits, straight sets, holds, intervals - Templates and multi-week programmes - Adaptive targets that move with your performance - Balance — training volume and load over time - Progress charts and personal bests - A calendar you can fill in backwards, for training you did before installing - Body metrics, in kg, lb or stone - Warm-ups, with guided routines or your own TRAINING WITH SOMEONE Connect with a friend or coach by username. They can send you templates and multi-week programmes and message you about them. If you choose to, you can share your training calendar with a specific coach so they can see how the work is actually going. It's off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off again at any time. There's no feed, no follower count and nothing to scroll. WHAT KONKI WON'T DO No advertising. Not a growth tactic held in reserve — a line that doesn't get crossed. No account required. Everything works offline, on device. Syncing is something you switch on. No rewriting history. You log what happened and the plan adapts around it. No growing into a platform. Konki measures training. That's the whole job. 根気 (konki) is a Japanese word for the low, steady kind of persistence that gets you to the end of a long project. Not motivation, which burns off. Not willpower, which runs out. It's the only quality that reliably separates people who got stronger from people who meant to. Konki is one of four tools from the Systems Atlas Project.
