OLAI is for anyone who finds phones and apps difficult, including older people and people with access needs. Text follows the size you set on your phone, and buttons are large and labelled for screen readers.
GUIDES FOR UK SERVICES
Guides cover banking apps, the NHS App, council and government services, travel, and the basics of your iPhone. You can look at every guide without an account. To start one, sign up with a UK mobile number.
OLAI is independent. It is not connected to, or endorsed by, any bank or service it has a guide for.
YOUR PRIVACY
OLAI never asks for your bank details or passwords. There is no advertising and no tracking. You can close your account from inside the app at any time, and your information goes with it.
