falatheo gives a voice to people who struggle to speak. It's an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) app that works 100% offline, even the voice. Tap symbols, build sentences, and let falatheo speak for you anywhere, with or without internet.
Built for the daily life of autistic children and adults, people with apraxia, cerebral palsy, or any condition that makes speech hard; and for the families, schools and therapists beside them.

• Routines: visual step-by-step sequences that make the day predictable
• Settings: male or female voice, speech rate, symbol size, light or dark theme, colors and haptics

PRIVACY BY DEFAULT
No analytics, no ad SDKs, no login. Nothing you tap or type leaves your device.
The voice never dies: if the premium voice isn't ready, falatheo instantly falls back to the system voice. A tap is never silent.

What's new in this version
- Recents: a new tab with your own spoken words and phrases. The most-spoken ones sit up front as big buttons, and everything you say feeds the list, ready to say again with one tap.
- Word prediction while typing: the chips become live next-word suggestions ("I want" > water, eat, play…) and autocomplete what you started. Curated with AAC core vocabulary and blended with your own history; 100% offline.
- The voice now plays in iPhone silent mode: the mute switch no longer silences speech, just like dedicated AAC devices.
- A gentle warning when the device volume is at zero, so a tap is never accidentally silent.
- Better voice picker: voices with other accents (pt-PT, en-GB…) are now listed separately, with a tip on how to download more system voices. The list refreshes without restarting the app.
- Landscape and iPad layout fixes: tiles are no longer clipped and Phrases no longer collapse to a single column.
- "Rate falatheo" button in Settings.
- The app is now called falatheo.
