Get paid on time • Recurring invoices: set a retainer or regular fee to repeat monthly, weekly, quarterly or yearly. You're reminded when the next one is due, and one tap creates it. • Due dates and overdue: set your payment terms, see what's overdue on the Dashboard, and send a polite reminder with the invoice attached. • Pay-now QR code: add your online payment link and invoices show a QR code for the amount still due. • New widget for your Home Screen and Lock Screen: what you're owed and what's overdue at a glance. • Smaller fixes and improvements.

Now available in the United States • Invoices, expenses, receipts and Profit & Loss in US dollars. • Add sales tax at your own rate, or leave it off, with your tax ID on every invoice. • Choose when your financial year starts, and add your routing number and SWIFT/BIC for payment. • Export everything to Excel for your accountant.

Minor Bug Fixes & Enhancements • Payment details on your invoices: add your bank account, IFSC and UPI ID once in Profile & Settings, and they print on every invoice, including older ones. • Amount in words on every invoice, the way buyers and accountants expect it. • Long item descriptions fit better on the PDF, and the Classic layout has a fresh letterhead look. • A “same customer?” hint when a name looks like one you’ve already billed. • Smoother typing, better support for large text, and other fixes.

Minor Fixes & Enhancements • New Profit & Loss report: see your sales, gross profit and net profit for any month or financial year. Share it as a PDF with BizEasy Pro. • Import your items and customers from an Excel file and get started in minutes. Export them anytime with BizEasy Pro. • Fixes: a part payment no longer marks an invoice as fully paid, and very large amounts and long invoices print correctly.

Minor bug fixes & enhancements • Invoices now print on neat A4 pages, with your phone, email and website in the footer, your notes below the signature, and long invoices continuing onto extra pages. • The Custom layout is now free for everyone, so every invoice can have a clean, professional look from the start. • Quick share: swipe an invoice and tap Share to send it as a PDF with a ready message. You can edit the message in Profile & Settings. • Deleted invoices, expenses and receipts now go to a Trash for 30 days, so you can restore them.

Small improvements to invoices and your Business Profile: • Items on an invoice now always stay in the order you entered them — on screen, in shared PDFs, in Excel exports and in backups • Duplicating an invoice now keeps each item's category, so there's nothing to re-select • Business Profile: choose your State, add your Pincode, and catch typos — your GSTIN, phone and email are now checked as you type • Invoices: required fields are clearly marked, add your customer's State and Pincode, and IGST is picked automatically for out-of-state customers • Send us feedback by email or WhatsApp from the menu or Profile & Settings
