HOW IT WORKS
• Freeze it — capture the thing you're tempted by and choose a cooldown (24 hours to 7 days)
• Shield the source — while a freeze is active, ColdCart can shield the shopping apps you choose using Apple's Screen Time controls, so "just browsing" doesn't turn into "order confirmed"
• Decide later — when the cooldown ends, buy it or skip it. Either way, you chose on purpose
• Reflect — a quick decision journal helps you spot what triggers your impulse buys
