A smaller timer, out of the way. During a routine the countdown is now a compact capsule at the bottom of the screen, so the demonstration clip is never covered. The 3-2-1 get-ready count still fills the screen, then settles down into the capsule when the move starts. Also in this update: • Your schedule and streak now back up to your account, so a reinstall or a new phone picks up where you left off. • Fixes and polish across the player and Today.

Everything is unlocked for your first 7 days — and now the app tells you so. A trial banner on Today shows exactly where you stand, and your finished-routine screen shows your streak. Also in this update: • Redesigned routine player: the demo clip fills the screen, with a translucent timer and step-by-step instructions one tap away. • Custom routines get a real rest interval between moves. • Better search across the library, and Quick Build turns "abs, 30 sec × 10" into a routine in two taps. • Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil) for every exercise step. • Rate Sway from Settings, and a new analytics opt-out in Privacy. • Fixes for backgrounded timers, sound cues under music, and the paywall when a purchase and the server disagree.
