LittleLift can help you talk through a difficult situation, check in with your mood, choose one calmer next step, save what helped before, and create a personal support plan. Use LittleLift for: • Relationship stress and hard conversations • Work pressure and overwhelming days • Chores, life admin, and decision fatigue • Private mood and stress check-ins • Remembering strategies that helped previously • Planning who to contact when you need human support The free version includes five Coach messages each day, private check-ins, support planning, local tools, crisis links, and space for three saved memories. Free users may see a clearly labeled, non-personalized sponsored card only after receiving helpful content, or choose an optional rewarded ad for 24 ad-free hours. Ads never appear in private check-ins, Coach conversations, health screens, support plans, purchase screens, or crisis resources. LittleLift Plus is optional and includes unlimited daily Coach messages, space for up to twelve saved memories, and no ads. The monthly subscription includes a seven-day introductory trial when eligible and renews automatically unless canceled in Apple account settings. No account is required. Private notes, saved memories, tasks, and support-plan details are stored locally on your device. When you intentionally use AI chat or photo analysis, the information needed for that request is sent to LittleLift's secure backend and AI service provider. Private notes, conversations, health signals, photos, and support-plan details are never used to target ads. LittleLift is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, treatment, legal advice, emergency support, or crisis care. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service. LittleLift Plus is an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Payment is charged to the Apple ID after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
