Natus: Self-Discovery Journal
Talk to understand yourself
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Give your name and birth. Natus builds your starting picture of how you work. Then every entry, every Ask, and every Sunday Reading is read against it.
Understand yourself. Choose who you become.
Natus is your self-discovery companion, with personal readings, daily insights and a journal you can talk to.
Start with a personal reading from your birth details. Then bring whatever is happening in your life: a good day, a difficult conversation, a decision or a thought you cannot shake. Type, speak or ask a question. Natus helps you understand what it means for you and choose your next step.
A PERSONAL STARTING POINT
Your birth details form your Blueprint: a personal reading about how you operate, your strengths and the patterns that hold you back.
Natus brings several birth-based systems together into one reading, explained in ordinary words. What you share afterwards adds your real life, making the guidance more personal over time.
LEARN SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF EACH DAY
Get a daily insight about a strength you can use, a habit to notice or something worth considering today. There is something to read even when you have nothing to write.
JUST TALK. START ANYWHERE.
Talk or write about your day in your own words. Natus helps you notice what you missed, understand your reaction and see what you want to do next.
Write a little or a lot. Keep a diary if you enjoy it. Bring one thought if that is all you have.
ASK ABOUT YOUR LIFE
Relationships, work, confidence, money or a choice you are facing. Get guidance informed by your Blueprint and what you have shared.
* "Why do I pull away when things get serious?"
* "Why did that conversation get to me?"
* "What matters to me in this decision?"
SEE YOUR LIFE IN CHAPTERS
Return to your experiences and see what keeps coming up, what has changed and how you are changing with it. Explore the chapter you are in and the choices ahead.
GROW IN YOUR OWN DIRECTION
Keep what you love about yourself. Choose what you want to change. Your reading is a starting point; you decide who you want to become.
No streaks. No pressure to write every day. Pick up where you left off whenever you want.
No ads. We never sell your data.
