SwingMirror
Slow-motion golf swing replay
Only for iPhone
Free · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
iPhone
Stand in frame, swing, and watch it back in slow motion before you have looked up. No buttons, no account, nothing leaves your phone.
SwingMirror turns your iPhone into a range mirror that shows you only the moment that matters.
Prop the phone two to three metres away with the front camera facing you and tap Start. From then on the app watches for a swing. The instant you finish, the swing you just made plays back in slow motion, automatically. Raise your left hand above your head during the replay and the clip is saved to Photos. Otherwise it is gone, and the app is watching again.
HOW IT WORKS
• Automatic detection: the phase rail steps through Address, Top, Impact and Finish as your hands move.
• A five-second rolling buffer means there is no record button and no trimming; the swing is already captured when you finish it.
• Replay at quarter, half or full speed. Change it with one tap between swings.
• Save with a gesture: left hand above your head for about a second. The right hand is ignored, so a wave never saves by accident.
• Review the last captured swing at any time.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no analytics, no server. Camera frames live in memory for a few seconds and are discarded. The only thing SwingMirror ever writes is a clip you chose to save, and it goes to your own Photos library.
WHAT YOU NEED
An iPhone on iOS 26, somewhere to stand it, and enough light for the camera to see you clearly. Works at the range, in a net, or in the garden.
SwingMirror is a practice aid. Play by the rules of your club and competition.
