Nurse Shift Planner & Tracker
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Your nursing shifts, in one calendar. Import your own row from a photo or Excel roster, track working hours and set reminders before your next shift.
Nöbetçi is a personal shift calendar for nurses. Track your shifts and monthly working hours in one place. Upload a photo or Excel roster, find your name, review your row and import only your own shifts into your calendar.
ADD AND EDIT YOUR SHIFTS
Select a day to add, edit or remove a shift. Use 8, 12, 16 or 24 hours, or set a custom duration from 1 to 24 hours for each day.
IMPORT FROM PHOTOS AND EXCEL
Upload a photo of your shift roster or an Excel file. Find your name, select your row and review the results before adding your shifts to your personal calendar.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR SHIFT PATTERNS
Set shift start times during setup. Update them in Settings, add your own shift types and define nighttime hours to match your schedule.
CALENDAR AND MONTHLY OVERVIEW
See upcoming and active shifts, your monthly shift count and total working hours in one place. Browse between months to keep track of your schedule.
SHIFT REMINDERS
Choose when to receive reminders before a shift and manage end-of-shift summaries. Check notification permission in the app.
FREE MANUAL ENTRY AND CALENDAR
Manual shift entry and your personal calendar are free. Automatic photo recognition is an additional feature: unlock a recognized result by completing an optional rewarded ad or using an active Ad-Free subscription. Ads start only when you choose. If an ad is closed early or fails to load or display, the result is preserved and stays locked. You can retry, go back or enter shifts manually. Excel import does not require a rewarded ad.
AD-FREE SUBSCRIPTION
Optional Ad-Free Monthly (1 month) and Ad-Free Yearly (1 year) subscriptions provide the same access: remove native ads and unlock photo recognition results without rewarded ads. The store purchase screen shows the current price, any trial or offer terms and the renewal amount before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled; the yearly price is charged in one payment. Manage your subscription in your store account settings and restore purchases from Settings.
