* Read across languages: other people’s recipes, cook notes, and comments appear in your language, with a link to see the original. * More reliable website imports: improved handling of sites that refuse or return unreadable pages, with clearer instructions on what to do if we can't read a page.

Minor bug fixes and improvements

* Larger documents (pdf, .docx,gdoc) containing many recipes can now be uploaded. They'll get split into recipes and imported. * Recipes from Instagram videos now import more reliably.

* Log a cook without a recipe. The Add screen now has a “Log a cook” tab. Pick a recipe you have, or just give it a name and fill in the recipe later. * Like comments. Tap the heart on any comment. Likes are grouped in your notifications, and you can see who liked. * Share a cook. Sharing a cook now sends a link. * Import your browser bookmarks. Migrate accepts a bookmarks export file and imports the recipe links in it.

Adding recipes: imports keep going in the background. If you leave the Add screen or close the app, and your recipes will be waiting when you come back. Recipes: some steps now link to a short explanation of the technique they use. If one doesn't fit your recipe, you can remove it.

Trending now shows recipes in your language, and from a wider range of cooks. Fixed recipe photos that sometimes failed to load.

Share photos to apinch to log a cook: pick your recipe and the photos are attached for you. Find recipe help more easily with Ask apinch, which can now update your recipe notes. Clearer recipe editing controls, cleaner notifications.

Layout improvements

More free saves: after reaching 50 recipes, you can now add five new recipes each week. Still unlimited with Premium.

Sign-in accepts either email or username. Search recipes by tag. Long-press to select. Download a recipe as PDF from the recipe detail menu.

Updated model: now free users can continue saving recipes after 50, at a rate of 2 new recipes per month. Premium users can continue to save as many as they want.
