PicCue is a photo-based reminder app: pick an image, choose a date and time, and the image itself arrives as a notification.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. No charge if you cancel during the free trial.
Note: iOS limits the number of simultaneously scheduled notifications.
