SKIN AGE
A number in years, against your actual age. Built from what shapes your skin across the day: sleep duration and stages, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, UV exposure, humidity, your routine.
PACE OF AGING
The direction beside the number. Rising, steady or falling – with the change against last week in years.
WEEKLY, NOT DAILY
Recalculated once a week from a rolling 30-day window. That is deliberate. Skin does not change overnight, and a number that jumps every morning tells you nothing. For the first few days your value stays provisional until enough data has arrived.
SKIN CHECK
A structured assessment of where your skin currently stands. As a starting point and as a recurring reference.
FOUR FACTORS
Behind it sits your skin quality score, built from four weighted areas.
Care – day and night routine, journal, mood, hydration, streak.
Rhythm – sleep timing, habits, consistency.
Recovery – from Apple Health: sleep stages, heart rate variability, resting heart rate.
Environment – UV index and humidity at your location, automatically. A roughly rounded position is enough, to about a kilometre.
MEDITATION
Guided sessions to bring you down. Stress feeds into your rhythm – here you act on it directly instead of only logging it.
SKIN REPORTING
Your progress as a coherent report. How your skin age, your score and each factor have moved across the weeks.
