remain.fit is a suite of small, calm health tools that share one private
account — each doing one thing, staying out of the way, and getting more useful
the more of them you use together.
The hard part was never getting started. It's remaining. So there are no
transformation promises here — no before-and-after, no "crush your goals," no
streaks turned into guilt. No social feed, no leaderboards, no AI cheering you
on. Just clean, private instruments that state what's happening and then get out
of the way.
Maintenance isn't the boring part of the story. Maintenance is the product.

shows you where you are, and leaves the meaning to you. One identity, one calm
design, one place — so your health isn't scattered across a dozen loud apps that

The first instrument is a fasting tracker. Start a fast and a single quiet ring
shows where you are: how long you've gone, the phase you're in, and your target
— not a verdict, just the facts.
