Meetings, playback, and transcripts you can fix. • New: Meetings. Record a Zoom, Teams or Meet call, or an in-person one, alongside your events and classes. A meeting's audio is deleted as soon as it has been transcribed. The transcript, your notes and everything you generate are kept. • Action items. A meeting gets a summary, the decisions taken, and who is doing what next. An owner or a due date only appears when someone actually said one. Follow-up questions cover whatever the call left open. • Your team, kept once. A company holds its people, imported from Contacts or typed in, with roles, search and bulk selection. A meeting just ticks who attended, and the transcript calls them by first name. • Play back what was said. Finished recordings now play right in the workspace. Tap a timecode to jump to that moment, and the transcript follows the playhead as it goes. • Fix a misheard line. Double-tap any finalized line and correct it. That line's translation is redone, and PressNote learns the word for the rest of the session. • Suggested corrections. After a recording, PressNote proposes repairs for words it likely misheard, grouped so "replace London with Lambda, 7 times" is a single decision. You always choose. • Ignore part of a transcript. Mark a stretch as beside the point and the AI skips it. It stays in the transcript, in playback and in every export. Nothing is deleted. • Live while you record. A meeting can show a running summary with decisions and action items. Meetings and events can suggest a question worth asking right now. Both are off until you turn them on. • Your name. Settings now takes your first and last name, used for your notes and for your own lines in a transcript. Leave it empty to stay "You". • You can tell it is recording. The record bar carries a white ring, a REC pill and a red timer while capture runs, and turns amber with NO AUDIO the moment it stops hearing anything. • A new live waveform, matching pressnote.app. • Fixes: readable summary text in light and dark, and the keyboard no longer covers the search field when you look someone up. Everything still happens on device. Your audio never leaves it.

Questions, sharper AI output, and Apple Pencil. • New: Questions. Events get follow-up questions worth asking next; classes get review questions that check real understanding, generated on device from what was actually said. • Much better long recordings. Study notes, key terms, flashcards and questions are now built section by section, so a 30-minute lecture no longer loses half its material. Class summaries are fuller, and generated text no longer opens every point with the speaker's name. • Teach PressNote your vocabulary. Add the terms of art your event or course actually uses (drug names, tickers, acronyms) and transcription stops guessing at them. PressNote also learns from your own past transcripts in the same project. • Apple Pencil. Double-tap or squeeze to open a note instantly, and mark up slide photos: circle a detail or arrow a chart without leaving the recording. Markup is re-editable and never destroys the original. • Speakers for events. Add the presenters you already know will take the stage, so labeling a line is a pick, not typing mid-session. • Flagged moments you can manage. Flag any line from the selection toolbar, label a moment the second you mark it, rename it later, or delete it. • Re-translate a transcript. Change the target language after the fact and redo the whole translation. PressNote counts the lines still in the previous language, so you always know what is left. • Room for another language. Prepare for Offline can now remove a downloaded speech model to make room for the next one, and tells you clearly when you have reached the limit. • Search your recordings from the sidebar. Private notes are never searched. • The Quick Note widget has been removed. It couldn't reliably start capture from outside the app. Start a recording in PressNote itself. • Text size fixes and smoother scrolling in long transcripts. Everything still happens on device. Your audio never leaves it.
