Backups and photo uploads Restoring a backup now keeps each cleaning's payment status as the file has it, so work that was unpaid comes back unpaid. A restore no longer stores the same appointment twice, a file whose only new records are bookings now imports, and a record you deleted and then restore stays restored after the next sync. A photo this device has no room to keep is sent straight to the cloud or refused with a message, and photos taken offline now all upload on the next connection. If this device ever cannot save, because it is out of storage, the app now says so once instead of carrying on silently, and Data health lists any photo that never reached the cloud by the contact, visit or unit it belongs to. Lock and photos A timed auto-lock now counts the time you are away from the app, not the time since you unlocked it, and it is checked when you come back, so a lock that ran out in the background takes effect on return. Changing your PIN now also updates the copy a new device recovers from, and Security says so if that could not be saved. A photo this device cannot open is refused with a message instead of stalling the rest of an upload. Reviews The review bank grew from 13 to 25, every one written about the stay rather than the person, so no pronoun is ever wrong. A built-in review still carrying older wording takes the current text on open. Manage reviews now states how many reviews there are and whether any carries a pronoun, and offers a built-in its current wording back in one tap. Leases Deleting a tenant's lease term now deletes it. Before this, removing the only term on a contact left an empty "Original term" behind, and Today could draw an "Unknown unit" tile with rent due for a lease that no longer existed. A rent with no unit and no dates is no longer read as a lease, and older records are tidied on open. The Original term and Renewal heads on a contact and on a unit stay put when a term is expanded or collapsed. Only the summary line under the head comes and goes. Calendar sync A hold on the calendar has no turnover, so a hold that changes its dates no longer moves the unit's real cleaning with it, and removing a hold never removes a cleaning. Put it back on a Calendar sync changed card now holds. The restored record is treated as yours, so the next sync cannot take it back.

Stays and dates A guest who adds nights no longer means rebuilding the reservation. Edit a stay's dates in place from the contact, and the turnover clean moves with them. A clean that already happened stays on the day it happened, and the sheet says so. A booking you entered yourself owns its dates. They are plain fields now, with no button standing in front of them. A reservation that arrived from Airbnb or Vrbo can have its dates taken over, so an extension agreed off the platform is recordable without deleting anything. Calendar sync Each sync card names the calendar, the guest and what actually changed: shortened, extended, moved, cancelled. It also says which button is the usual answer, so keeping a change no longer takes a guess. Settings that stick A setting you pick, such as the default cleaner, now carries its own timestamp. The choice wins over an older one made on another device instead of quietly reverting. Portfolio Buildings and loans can be brought back from a local snapshot or a cloud backup, under Settings then Data. A restore keeps the cleanings you have already marked done. Writing messages The template composer opens full screen with the keyboard down, the placeholder list collapses into a chip whose tokens insert at the caret, and a downward swipe inside the text no longer closes the sheet.

Calendar, rebuilt around the hosting day. • The month grid now shows how full the house is each night: cells tint deeper the more units are booked. • The Day side is one card per unit, with check-out, clean and check-in on a single strip, so a turnover reads in one line. • A new Hours view draws each clean as the bar between the guest leaving and the guest arriving, so you can see how much time there is. • Two records that disagree about a night are named on the card instead of hidden. Calendar sync never changes a booking quietly. When Airbnb or VRBO cancels, moves or replaces a reservation, Today lists it under Calendar sync changed, with Undo and OK. Today has a second layout. Settings, Appearance, Today switches to Collapsed: everything that needs you in one band, the rest of the day in the open. When every unit shares one check-out or check-in time, Today says it once instead of under every unit. Today catches a clean left on a night the guest is still there, with a one-tap move to the check-out day. Cleans now follow a stay that gets extended. Settings is a short index now. Appearance, Security, Notifications, Data, Account and Sharing & team each open on their own. Data adds Data health, a check of the records, and a Sync journal that writes down anything a sync between two devices had to set aside. In Tools, the two money tiles are named by the way the money moves: Charge a guest, and Pay cleaners. Owner Summary ranks every short-term unit on occupancy and cleaning load, and a stay counts on its check-out day so stays and cleans line up. The cleaning cost column says Clean $ / night, and stays and cleans sit side by side to compare. Restock Run keeps up with the work. Marking a turnover clean done takes that unit off today's run, and whatever was still in its cart comes off the closet shelf. Reopening the run after the last clean opens empty. Backup export works on the phone: the file goes to the share sheet, so it can land in Files, iCloud Drive or Mail. Photos that fail to load the first time load again when the app comes back to the front. The Properties tab is now Units. Review copy reads right for one guest, unknown figures never show as $0, and a handful of colours that fell short of contrast are fixed.

A launch screen of GuestBook's own, and the privacy and encryption wording on the store page rewritten so it reads in GuestBook's voice rather than a sibling app's.

Portfolio: the buildings behind your units. See what a building is worth, what is owed on it today, and which units sit inside it. Import a mortgage statement from a PDF, including a scanned one, or enter a loan by hand. Money figures now say which figure they are. Spent and Paid printed the same number, and a statement carrying two payment figures never said which one it meant. Cloud storage now shows how much you are using. Before and after videos are removed 30 days after they are added; photos and documents are kept. A video upload that cannot finish now says so instead of sitting there. Today reads the day forward, and two arrivals sharing a check-in time say it once instead of twice. Plus clearer labels, colours that hold up on every surface, a keyboard that stops covering the field you are typing in, and dates and times that no longer get cut in half in a narrow row.

Photos on a property finally show up. The header photo was rendering as blank white space. Early check-in now means early. A booking arriving at your unit's own check-in time no longer announces itself as an early arrival to you or your cleaner. Message templates: one name per template, renaming one renames it everywhere, and the unit you pick sticks. A message you already copied stops coming back as a draft. Bookings you add by hand now count toward occupancy on Today and in Owner Summary. Screen-reader support across every sheet and form control, plus a tighter layout on the smaller iPhones.

Fixes in this update: • The colored icon tiles across Today, Tools and the sort and filter chips were rendering with no fill. They are back. • Check-out times in narrow chips no longer get cut off mid-time. • A stay's dates now stay readable instead of being truncated on a crowded line.

New look, if you want it. Appearance in Settings now offers a second theme alongside the original. The original stays the default, so nothing changes unless you choose it. Photos. Adding a batch now accepts every photo in it, not just the ones that finished first, and a cleaner adding photos makes one request instead of one per picture. If a photo is refused, the reason now appears in the language that cleaner reads. Team notifications. Push registration failures were silent, which is why alerts from your team could stop arriving with nothing to explain it. Settings, then Notifications, now says whether this phone is reachable, and App Store builds no longer ship with a sandbox notification setting. Fixes. A collapsed message template no longer reserves the space of the message it is hiding. A sync arriving mid-PIN no longer clears what you were typing.

Push notifications now work on device. The push entitlement was never actually applied to any build, which is why team notifications never arrived on hardware. A payment request built from a nightly rate is held until both stay dates are set. Before, a rate typed without dates billed the cleaning fee alone and the message read as a finished total. A generated Stripe or Square link is also dropped when the total changes, so it can no longer collect an old amount. Arrival and departure cards say whether the nights are still ahead or already spent. Readability and reach: deeper sub-line and accent colours so small text holds up on cream, drawn icons in place of typed characters, and the PIN pad, notification toggles, section headers and list rows now work from a keyboard and announce their state. Heads-up tiles centre when they fit and pack from the left when they wrap, and a long label no longer clips its own icon. Smaller install and update download.

Restock runs no longer overwrite each other when two people shop at the same time, and cleaners now share the same run. Edits made on one device stop reverting work synced from another. Reminders you've already handled clear on your other devices, for every reminder type — not just rent. Deleted visits clean up their before/after photos. Notification times are yours to set; the morning digest is gone.

Calendar and Today • Turnover cleans are now driven by the same booking list the calendar draws, so manual and direct bookings get a turnover prompt, and a stay that is already underway still gets one for its checkout. • A checkout with no arrival that evening now reads as a changeover on the occupancy rack instead of an open day. • Blocked nights are no longer counted as booked in the occupancy caption. • Cancelling a booking by hand now sticks, and re-booking the same nights works again. Bookings and guests • A booking and the guest's stay are one reservation now. Adding, retiming, deleting, or cancelling either side updates the other, and every delete confirmation names exactly what else will be removed. Messages and templates • Manage templates moved into the Messages header where you can find it. • The template editor saves once when you leave instead of on every keystroke, and no longer creates an empty template before you have written one. Photos and video • A video that failed to open can be retried by tapping it, instead of staying unopenable until you leave the screen. • Settings, Data, Reclaim storage now covers guest photos and documents, not just videos. Polish • A field taller than the space above the keyboard now stays visible while you type. • Sheets no longer swallow the first tap. • Consistent corner radii and type sizes across the remaining screens.

Faster, steadier, and much harder to knock over. • Fixed the crashes. Decrypted photos no longer pile up in memory, and the background sync loop that pinned the CPU is gone. • Photos paint instantly. Returning to a screen no longer re-decrypts every image, so nothing blinks. • Team sync converges. Owner, assistant, and cleaner edits stop reverting each other, and two people can edit the same visit with both changes kept. • Pull down on Today to refresh. It now waits for your calendars instead of finishing early. • Service Payments rows say what they are again: Upcoming, Pending, or Ready, with the state next to the money. • Property and contact cards stand at matching heights. • Tapping a cleaning on Today opens that cleaning, not just its day.

Your team stays in sync, and the cleaner's view finally matches yours. • Sync between you, your assistant, and your cleaners is now near real time instead of drifting for days. • Cleaner and manager views match: completions stick, restock runs keep their items, and cleanings show two weeks out. • Set a market rent per long-term unit and the vacancy number uses it. Inactive and tenanted units drop off the waste pickup schedule. • Notifications now cover check-ins and check-outs from your booking feeds, and catch up on anything scheduled earlier today. • Today: one tap to complete a clean, check-in tiles open the booking, and pets ride the tile. • Security and data use: 6-digit PIN, tighter cloud rules, and noticeably less sync traffic. • Fixes: videos play for your assistant, and a clean's pay is pinned when the work is done rather than when it's paid.

• Calendar, reimagined: switch between Month and Day views, plus a new two-week Cleanings view. • Bookings are now first-class. Track reservations, early check-ins, late checkouts, and pet stays, with fees flowing into your Owner Summary. • Per-cleaner pay rates: set a different rate per cleaner per property. Nights now appear on booking and cleaning cards. • Tools has its own tab, gathering Messages, Restock, Inventory, Payments, and Owner Summary. • Reassign a cleaner right from the day's clean card. • Calmer typing and lots of layout polish throughout.

Reminders are here. Turn on notifications in Settings to get a heads-up for check-ins, check-outs, turnovers, and rent that's due or overdue, with a separate switch for each type so you only get what you want. Also in this update: • Signing in now takes the full screen, so the keyboard never covers what you're typing. • Smoother sheets throughout, with no more stacked panels or hidden fields. • Subscription pricing now always reflects your App Store's real price and currency.

• Videos now show an "Uploading…" indicator so you can see your before and after clips are saving. • Fixed a recurring cleaning that could drop off the calendar, and added a "Begins" date to schedules. • New Short-Term / Long-Term switcher on Properties, plus more consistent search and filters. • Calendar and navigation polish, Reduce Motion support, and assorted fixes.
