CoolCurve is a food-safety timer and record keeper built for food trucks, caterers, and independent kitchens — the people who cook and cool in volume and have to prove it at inspection. When hot food starts to cool, the clock is already running. CoolCurve runs it for you, warns you before every deadline, and keeps a clean record you can hand to an inspector on the spot.
Most logs are a piece of paper taped to the fridge that nobody remembers to fill in until it is too late. CoolCurve is different: it is a live timer that interrupts you before a batch becomes unsafe, not a form you back-fill at the end of the night.
