Pepdex now focuses on tracking: log each shot, see the days left in every vial and get a reminder when the next one is due. The welcome screen, the welcome tour and the Protocol tab are simpler, and some guides were shortened or removed. Video tutorials are paused while they are recorded again. Peptide and compound pages describe the research without amounts or schedules. Your protocols, vials and logs carry over unchanged.

When tracking needs Pro, adding a protocol or a vial now shows what Pro includes, and the free trial when you can get one, before the form. Links inside guides now open the matching screen in the app when there is one. If your iPhone is set to Spanish, the Face ID, Health, camera and photo permission prompts now appear in Spanish. The compounds you track now reach Coach only while "Let Coach see my numbers" is on, the same as your other numbers. You can rate Pepdex any time from Settings. Before you sign in, a few app events, like opening the app, using the calculator and viewing the plans, are counted under a random install ID, never with a compound or an amount. You can turn usage stats off in Settings.

New protocols now come with a dose reminder already set, so a dose doesn't slip on a busy day. Change the time or remove it right on the protocol screen. Opening Pro while you save a vial or a protocol now shows what tracking gives you first: what's left in each vial, reminders and your dose history.

Reminder times are now a scroll wheel, and you can pin reminders to a time zone so 8:00 stays 8:00 at home while you travel. Supplements: add your own from the top of the list, set a reminder while you add it, and scan a barcode to pull the product and its facts panel. 70 more supplements in the catalog, including cod liver oil, krill oil, taurine, HMB and beetroot nitrate. Search by the names people use: Cialis finds tadalafil, T-bol finds turinabol, Mounjaro finds tirzepatide. Fixes: a supplement page you could not close, label photos that failed to upload from newer phones, and clearer messages when the scanner is busy.

Log a dose for any day. The plus button now opens Log a dose: pick the compound, the day and the time, and a missed day is fixed in seconds. The calendar logs missed doses right from the day view. The Coach now does it for you. Say "log my BPC-157 dose" or "log 16 oz of water" and it happens, with Undo. Coach replies are also faster and more reliable. New: a six step welcome tour for first-time users, and a How to use Pepdex section (in Settings or under the plus button) with short videos of every core feature. Also: the free reconstitution calculator carries your values into vial and routine setup, you can explore the app before completing your profile, and purchase handling is more robust.

The calculator is now the first thing you see. Open the app, enter your vial, water and dose, and get the exact draw. No account needed. Make a free account later and everything you saved comes with you. Also in this version: creating an account no longer repeats the setup questions, and purchase errors now tell us what went wrong so we can fix them faster.

The library roughly doubled, and every entry now shows the research behind it. • 68 more compounds and 44 more supplements in the library. • Entries now carry an evidence grade, S through F. It measures how much human research exists on PubMed — not whether something works, and not whether it is safe. The papers behind it are listed underneath, with links. • A new guide, "What the evidence grade means (and what it deliberately does not)", walks through how the grade is worked out and where it falls short. • Ask Coach why an entry is graded the way it is and you get the study counts it used. • Reported interactions on compound pages, and Stack check now reads your compounds alongside your peptides and supplements. It is reference information, not a safety clearance. • Unified search across compounds, supplements, guides and protocols. • A rebuilt Progress screen, one calendar instead of several, and bottles where you would look for them. • A second new guide on reading a supplement label: tiers, upper limits, and the interactions nobody mentions. • Delete account now removes your account and data from our servers, not only from this phone. App Store subscriptions still have to be cancelled through Apple, and the app tells you where. • Fixes: links that went nowhere, clipped cards on iPad, and text cut short across the library.

The biggest update since launch. • A cleaner home: three swipeable cards — Protocol, Calories, Lifestyle — each with a week graph and its own tap-through checklist. • One scanner for everything: point it at a vial or a supplement bottle and it works out which is which, then fills in the details. • Supplement bottles: track what's left, and see roughly how many days remain before you run out. • Stack check now reads your whole stack — peptides, supplements and diet together. • Every compound page has a "For you" section that reads the entry against what you're actually running and tracking. • Coach can now use your own tracked data to answer — only if you turn that on, and you can turn it off any time. • Sign in with Google. • Colour-coded tabs, a smoother launch, and a stack of fixes.
