RAM Monitor lives in your Mac's menu bar and shows, at a glance, how much of your memory is in use — with a color-coded indicator (green, yellow, red) that updates every couple of seconds. Click it for the full picture: • A clean donut chart of your memory — App, Wired, Compressed and Free — straight from macOS's own statistics. • Every process using RAM, not just apps: helpers, background daemons and command-line tools too, sorted from most to least, each with its real icon. It's the same memory footprint Activity Monitor reports. • A category filter — Apps, Helpers and Other. Tap a category to instantly filter and re-sort the list, and see how much memory each group uses. RAM Monitor is deliberately simple and respectful of your Mac: • Read-only. It never closes apps, never deletes files, never touches system processes. • Light. Minimal CPU use, and it stays out of your Dock — menu bar only. • Private. Optional, anonymous analytics only — no personal data, no files, and nothing that identifies you or names your other apps. You choose on first launch and can change it anytime. Perfect for anyone who wants to keep an eye on memory pressure and quickly spot what's slowing their Mac down.
