Your apps are locked. The bell is waiting. Throw real combos for 60 seconds, earn your screen time, and get an AI scorecard on every round. Your most addictive apps are locked behind a bell. To open them, you fight. FightMode blocks the apps you choose using Apple's Screen Time controls. When you tap one, you hit a wall: LOCKED. FIGHT FOR IT. Ring the bell, throw real combos for 60 seconds while a coach calls them out, and earn minutes of screen time. When the minutes run out, it is back to the ring. Doomscrolling does not stop because you promise yourself it will. It stops when every open costs you something. FightMode makes that cost a workout. HOW A ROUND WORKS - Choose boxing or kickboxing, shadowbox or heavy bag - Your coach calls real combos: JAB. CROSS. LEAD HOOK. LEG KICK. - Three levels, from first-timer pace up to slips, blocks, and counters - Win the round, bank the minutes. You set the reward, 5 to 30 minutes per round. - Spend banked minutes straight from the lock screen when an app is shielded YOUR DAILY BUDGET Set a daily budget of screen time for your blocked apps, one to four hours, and spend it straight from the shield. It resets at midnight. When it is gone, the wall goes up and every extra minute is earned in the ring. Or go Hardcore: zero budget, and every minute is earned. YOUR CORNER Pick your cornerman. Five coaches, five real voices, from a passionate motivator to a drill-hard commander. Your coach calls every combo out loud, so you never stand there wondering what to throw. THE AI SCORECARD Record your round on the front camera and your corner reviews the tape. You get a score, a correction, and a drill for every technique your coach actually called. Stance, guard, punches, kicks, combinations, range. Nothing you were never asked to throw is held against you. Watch any round back with the coach's calls embedded in the video at the exact moment they fired. YOUR FIGHT RECORD Every round you win goes on your record: rounds won, minutes earned, and your streak. Watch old tapes, track your scores, and see your technique climb. STRAIGHT TALK FightMode is friction, not a cage. Any blocker can be bypassed by someone determined enough. The point is that the lazy path now costs a workout, and round after round, that changes what you reach for. SUBSCRIPTION FightMode requires a subscription. Blocking apps, earning screen time, the daily budget, the AI scorecard, and your fight record are all part of the subscription. Plans and pricing are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. I used to find myself endlessly scrolling all the time until I found this. Now I get to kill two birds with one stone: reduce my phone time and work on my shadow boxing! Highly recommend and grateful I am more present with my family.

I’ve struggled with phone addiction for a long time, and this app has been incredibly helpful. I’m new to boxing, so I love that the AI analyzes my rounds and tells me exactly what to improve. And when I’m too busy to shadowbox, I usually decide scrolling isn’t worth it. It works exactly as intended.

This app not only gets me to stop scrolling doing the boxing is actually fun. The coach gives feedback and I want to improve the score 🤣 who would have thought exercise was the key to stop scrolling.

This app has helped me to cut my daily screen time down from 5 hours to 3.5. It feels like my days are longer and when I give in, at least I get a good workout in. It holds me accountable
