Start with one habit, not five. Fasting, steps, sleep, running or strength — pick only what you came for, and the app is complete as it is. Or go for more! Healthlings turns healthy habits into a little family of hatchlings — one Ling for each part of your day. Adopt the ones that matter to you, and each grows as you show up. MEET THE LINGS • Fastling — intermittent fasting, with a big friendly progress ring • Runling — couch-to-distance running plans • Liftling — strength-training blocks • Sleepling — restful nights • Activeling — daily movement • Soberling — alcohol-free days GENTLE STREAKS THAT FORGIVE Every Ling keeps its own streak. Miss a single day? Your Ling simply spends a Nest Day and the streak stays alive — one off day won't undo your hard work. Come back after a longer break and you'll earn the Comeback badge, because a fresh start is worth celebrating, never a failure. SEE EXACTLY WHAT COUNTS No mysterious streak math. Every Ling shows a clear day-by-day breakdown of which days counted, which rested, and which broke — so you always trust the number. SYNC WITH APPLE HEALTH Connect Apple Health to auto-fill steps and sleep, and let your recorded runs and strength workouts tick your Lings automatically. Prefer to log by hand? That always works too. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your habit data lives on your device. Optional body metrics (BMI, waist-to-height ratio, body-fat estimate) are explained in plain language and kept to yourself. KIND, CLEAN, AND FREE No ads. No subscriptions. No guilt. Just warm encouragement and a family of Lings rooting for you. Fasting first, with movement, rest and more to follow — grow the family that fits your life.

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

Start one Ling, not four • Setup no longer pre-picks a habit for you — choose just running, or just fasting, and the app is complete as it is. • The nest of un-hatched Lings tucks away instead of filling the page, and "Not for me" sets one aside for good. Changed your mind? Profile → My Lings brings it back. • When you're following one Ling, the app stops talking about a family. Running and strength finally have a Progress tab • Runling: distance, runs and average pace over the last four weeks, with a bar for each week so a build-up is obvious at a glance. • Liftling: sessions, minutes and which muscle groups you actually hit — the ones you missed are the useful part. • The weight card no longer leads Progress unless you actually weigh in. If you came here to run, you're no longer met by a scale. Missed a run? Do it a day late • Any run within a day either side can now be started, so yesterday's run done this morning counts against the plan properly. • Tap a run to log it by hand — that was always possible, it just didn't look like it. We ask for less • Apple Health permissions now match the Lings you've hatched. A runner is no longer asked to hand over their sleep and body weight, and the "what we read" list shows only what the app actually requests.
