You can now edit a defect after saving it. • Edit a saved defect — tap any defect in an inspection to reopen it and change its severity, description, checklist item, notes or photos. Your changes update the same record instead of creating a duplicate, and attached photos stay with it. • Severity no longer defaults to Major — new defects start with no severity selected, so Critical, Major or Minor is always a deliberate choice. This prevents a Minor defect being filed as Major by accident. • Storage cleanup — photos belonging to deleted defects are now released instead of being left behind on your device, and any files orphaned by earlier versions are cleared automatically.
