Log symptoms, food, meds and labs in seconds — by voice or photo. Now one tap records how the day itself went, not just what was in it.
Immunally helps you understand your autoimmune condition by turning everyday logs into clear, personal insight.
Living with lupus, RA, ITP, thyroid disease, or another autoimmune condition means noticing what your body is telling you — and remembering it when it matters. Immunally makes that effortless. Log symptoms, meals, medications, and labs in seconds by voice, photo, or tap, and let the app surface the patterns you can't see day to day.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Log fast — speak it, snap a photo of a meal or lab report, or tap. No long forms.
• Track symptoms and flares — severity, timing, and how you actually felt.
• Connect Apple Health — bring in sleep, steps, heart rate, and more automatically.
• Log medications — doses, changes, and adherence over time.
• Add lab results — snap a photo and Immunally reads the values, then charts your trends.
UNDERSTAND YOUR PATTERNS
• Daily briefs that connect the dots between sleep, activity, diet, and how you feel.
• Weekly and monthly reviews that summarize what changed and why it might matter.
• Trigger detection — see which foods, habits, or factors tend to show up before a flare.
• Experiments — run a simple elimination test (like cutting dairy) and get a clear result.
WALK INTO APPOINTMENTS PREPARED
• Doctor prep turns your data into focused questions worth asking.
• Share a clean summary or export for your care team.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your health data is encrypted.
• We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
• You're always in control of what you track and share.
Immunally is a tracking and insight tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Always consult your physician before making any change to your care.
Made for people managing chronic autoimmune conditions who want to feel more in control — one log at a time.
The developer reached out the other day to me as an early user to see how he could make the app better. To my pleasant surprise, he implemented almost every suggestion within just a couple of days! I’ve never seen that, normally I just see a bunch of excuses for why they can’t. Yours was very refreshing. The app is easy enough to use, which options to correct entries before they are logged and import and crop photos before adding, and now you can track any category you think might be a trigger for your immune response or flare. This makes it super useful do anything that might be a trigger would be picked up for you and considered in your analysis. Looking guard to the insights from this new updated version!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this — you caught a real bug, and specific feedback like yours is exactly what makes the app better. You were right about the sleep comparison. Deep and REM sleep were being shown in different units (hours vs. minutes), so the analysis compared them incorrectly and told you that you were getting less deep sleep when you were actually getting more. That's now fixed and already live — your briefs should compare like-for-like going forward. We also heard you on waiting for your first insight. In the latest update, early "signals" surface on your home screen much sooner, and the window before patterns appear is shorter — so you should start seeing value in days, not weeks. To see everything, tap the Insights tab at the bottom of the screen — that's where your patterns, weekly and monthly summaries, and trends live. It's worth a look even now.If anything else ever feels off, we'd genuinely love to hear it. There's now a "Contact us & report a problem" option in your Profile, or you can email us directly at info@immunally.com — we read every message. Thanks again for helping us improve. We'd love for you to give it another try.— The Immunally team

Really like how the app tells me how to shape my morning, afternoon, evening based on my condition and prepares me to be successful in managing my condition. Love the talk to log method, preparing me for doctor appointment and getting paperwork ready. The pattern it found were eye opening for me. Thank you!
Effortless tracking for chronic conditions

Been using the app for a few weeks. Tracking symptoms and correlating to what I ate, felt, did has been insightful. I love that I can just blurt into the voice mode my entire day and it can cleanly map into respective logs.
Developer Response
Thank you — this genuinely made our day. Helping people connect their symptoms to what they ate, felt, and did is exactly why we built Immunally, and we're thrilled the voice logging makes it effortless. If there's ever anything you'd love to see, we're all ears at info@immunally.com. Wishing you good days ahead. 🙏
Your log now knows what kind of day it was.
HOW WAS TODAY?
At the end of logging, one tap marks the day Fine or Rough — nothing is pre-selected, and a rough day is never assumed from what you logged. A headache doesn't make everyone's day rough, and that's your call to make. There's a checkbox for days you're fighting an infection, so those are kept separate. Skip it whenever you like; an optional evening reminder picks it up if you'd rather answer then.
TIME OF DAY ON EVERY ENTRY
Entries now carry a morning, afternoon or evening label. Most of the time we already know it from what you said — "toast for breakfast" or "took it this morning" — so it arrives filled in. Tap to change any of it.
SET YOUR OWN SEVERITY
Symptom severity is now yours to choose rather than guessed from your wording, and you can change it on the review screen before saving.
FIXES
• Apple Health workouts were being stored more than once, which made a single session look like two. Fixed, and existing duplicates are flagged.
• Tapping a notification now opens what it was about — your weekly review, your experiment, the log screen — instead of the home screen.
• The dates in Diary are readable again, and stay put while you scroll.
• Tapping a time or severity now fills the whole pill, not just its outline.
• Rate Immunally: there's finally a way to leave a review from inside the app, in Profile.
Thank you for logging. If something here doesn't work the way you expect, Profile has a Contact us row and it comes straight to us.
