OneMote now declares all ten of its languages to your phone, so the App Store lists them instead of English only — and you can set the app's language from your phone's own per-app Language screen in Settings. Pick which TV on the watch in multi-TV homes. Kid-safe on the phone clears watch controls too. Works with the phone app open or recently backgrounded; if you force-quit OneMote, open it once on the iPhone first. Watch UI is English-only in this release.

Widgets now control your TV without opening OneMote. Tap volume, mute or play right from the home screen and the key goes straight to the TV — Roku, Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio and Fire TV. New "any TV" widget with a chip to switch TVs, plus app tiles that open an app on the TV. Still free, still no account.

• Turn your TV on from the app — for real this time. Fire TV and LG TVs can now be woken from sleep with Wake-on-LAN, the same mechanism the official apps use. Connect once while the TV is on and OneMote learns its wake address automatically — then the Wake button (and power from widgets/Siri) works from standby. • LG: pairing no longer needs your old LG remote — the TV now shows a code you type into OneMote. And the touchpad cursor finally moves at the speed of your finger, with smooth acceleration for fast flicks. • Fire TV: the TV Apps list now shows real app logos — Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, YouTube, Prime Video and more — instead of letter tiles, and system junk no longer clutters the list. Plus clearer help when a TV's network-wake setting is off.

NEW: Hisense support (Beta)! OneMote now controls Hisense VIDAA smart TVs — remote keys, apps, inputs, and power over your WiFi. Newer TVs show a 4-digit code the first time; older ones connect right away. (Hisense TVs running Roku, Google TV, or Fire TV were already supported — pick that brand.) That's 9 TV brands, all free. IMPROVED: "What to Watch" got a big upgrade. Streaming results now show real prices, rent/buy/subscription labels, and a "leaving soon" flag when a title is about to leave a service — powered by a new, faster catalog source that falls back automatically so search never breaks. Plus reliability fixes and polish throughout.

Make OneMote yours! Tap the new button in the top bar to open Settings → Appearance: • Light & Dark themes — or System, which follows your iPhone's appearance • 5 accent colors • Haptics: turn button vibration off, or pick Light/Medium strength • Compact or Comfortable remote button size • Hide remote buttons you never use Everything's free — no unlock, no subscription. Fixed iPad: the app previously rendered sideways — it's now upright, with the remote, TV list, and every panel cleanly centered on the bigger screen. Also: small improvements and groundwork for upcoming supporter features.

lock-screen widgets now pick their own TV when you add them, like a weather widget picking a city — previously every widget mirrored whatever TV was active in the app, so a second widget just duplicated the first. Multi-TV households can now place one widget per TV.

NEW: Search movies & TV shows — see which streaming services have them, then tap to open that app right on your TV. NEW: Advanced Fire TV controls — power on/off, keyboard typing, launch any app, live volume slider on Fire TV televisions. NEW: On-screen Menu button.
