You can record the outdoor air humidity and the dryness/wetness of the bamboo strips daily, noting their flexibility (good, stiff, easily broken), gradually building your personal "optimal moisture window for splitting bamboo strips." It also tracks the fading of dyed rattan strips under sunlight, records mold growth on semi-finished products caused by rain, and tracks the number of days work was suspended for drying due to rain. It supports categorized management by raw materials (bamboo, rattan, straw, etc.) and processes (splitting, dyeing, weaving, etc.), with batch progress tracking, quality assessment standards, and early warnings, helping you scientifically plan production under complex weather conditions, reduce material waste, and improve the yield rate of finished products.
