iPhone
Focus, and your favorite apps become the reward.
Treat blocks the apps that distract you and unlocks them when you complete a focus session. Build better habits with rewards, not willpower — it fixes "I can't put my phone down" with a system, not guilt.
■ WHO IT'S FOR
- You keep opening social media or videos
- You want to cut your screen time
- You want to focus more on study or work
■ 3 EASY STEPS
1. Choose the apps to block
2. Start a focus timer
3. When you finish, the apps you chose unlock as a "reward ticket"
=== EVERY FEATURE ===
■ 3 types of reward rules
- Focus reward: earn a reward every time you complete a set number of sessions (or total focus time). Set a daily cap to prevent overuse
- Break reward: auto-unlocks only during Pomodoro breaks, then re-locks automatically when the break ends
- Scheduled: grants a reward at a set time each day. Specific weekdays supported too
■ What you can block
- Pick any apps or categories (social, games, video…)
- Block by website (domain) too
- Block adult content
- Optionally add extra blocking only while you focus
■ Reward tickets
- Swipe to "tear off" and use a ticket you earned
- Using it unlocks the target apps, and they re-lock automatically when time runs out
- Choose an expiry (same day / 24 hours / 2 days)
- Occasional bonus tickets (+5 min) keep it fun
■ Lock a rule ← for when willpower runs low
- Lock any rule you made for a set period (1 hour to 1 week)
- While locked, that rule cannot be edited or deleted at all
- A way to beat the future you who might give in
■ Focus timer
- Pomodoro support (repeat focus and breaks)
- Tag what you're working on
- A satisfying animation and sound when a reward lands
■ Records & insights
- Compared to last week: see this week vs last week's screen time at a glance
- Focus calendar: the days you kept it up fill in like a streak grid
- Your insights: automatically finds your best hours and days to focus
- Focus by tag: see what you invested your time in
- Badges: milestones that unlock the more you keep going
- Hall of fame: your all-time focus and rewards keep stacking up
- Share your weekly recap as a single image
■ And more
- See "phone time this hour" live on the home screen
- Keep momentum with a focus streak
- Check remaining reward time from the Widget and Dynamic Island
- Get notified on focus end, break end, and reward earned
■ Privacy first
Your measured Screen Time is processed only on your device and is never sent anywhere.
