Your data is yours — now you can save it to a file and read it back on a new device, optionally protected with a password. Nothing leaves your device without you. Two new wave profiles: the Evening wave, slow and deep to wind down, and the Acute wave for the sudden, strong pull. Three new soundscapes, all generated on-device: Wind, Fireplace and Spheres. In “My Plan” you now see each card’s situation everywhere, and you choose it yourself when creating one. Plus many quiet improvements to the translations in every language.

Every habit now has its own guided path — cannabis, gaming, shopping, caffeine, nail biting and all the rest. Eighteen paths, more than two hundred days to walk. Your plan knows new situations: work, boredom, loneliness, parties, tiredness, conflict, mornings and money. When the journal spots a pattern, it offers you a plan for it. You can now create and edit cards right inside “My Plan”. Before and after a wave you can note how strong it is — optional, one tap. Afterwards it says what you experienced yourself: from 8 to 3. During the wave, small invitations keep you company: soften your jaw, give your weight away. New as well: cold, humming and walking. The impulse after your ritual now stays long enough to read — and a tap closes it when you’re done. Plus many quiet improvements to discretion and privacy: the Apple Watch no longer shows a symbol that could reveal your habit, and your pulse is only measured if you switch it on yourself.

My Plan now stands right beside the wave — with large, calm cards for the hard moment. New: the Squeeze & Release tool (tense, then slowly let go), a daily impulse after your ritual, and a felt reward after every wave you ride out — no extra tap. The Apple Watch app is now fully silent, finishes waves reliably, and counts standalone waves on your iPhone. Plus many quiet improvements to honesty, stability, and wording.
