Profiles, plans by link, and a widget that finally works without Premium. PROFILES. Tap someone in the activity feed, in your crew or in your requests and you get their profile: their grades, their badges and who trusts the way they belay. YOUR ATTEMPTS, VISIBLE. New ones start public, and any of them can be set to friends or private whenever you like. The ones you already had are left alone; in "Me" there is a button to publish them all at once if you feel like it. PLANS AND GYM. A private plan now comes with a link: whoever opens it sees it and joins. And in your gym you can invite your crew and see who is in. THE WIDGET. It tells you the weather at your wall even without Premium, and it carries a button to log. On the lock screen too. Also: compare sectors and their best window (Premium), distance in Match if you give us your town, route setters with a face on the sector, and badges on anyone's profile.

A new "Me" tab, a tuned Friction Score, and what you told us about. THE "ME" TAB, LIKE THE SQUARE. Your climber card, your lit map, the pyramid, badges, your photos and your gym, as cards. Tap a bar of the pyramid, on your profile or a friend's, to see the routes of that grade. Settings live behind the gear. FRICTION SCORE. Finer and more honest: it now accounts for the temperature of the rock, not just the air; the phrase next to the number says what matters that hour; and text and figure no longer contradict each other. You can tell it the temperature you grip best at (Premium). THE GYM WALL. A room opens once three of you are from the same gym. "Share this gym" takes anyone with the app to your gym, and anyone without to the App Store. SEND CARDS. New palettes and layouts by grade. They carry @cordadaescalada: tag us when you share and we will cheer. Also: the "Log" tab is now "Logbook"; tapping a notification with the app closed opens its screen; and plenty of colour and consistency details across screens.

Climbing gyms arrive in Cordada. ON THE MAP. Nearly 4,000 gyms across 30 countries, each with its address and a button that hands the route to Maps. Turn the layer on or off under Map layers → Climbing gyms. IN SOCIAL. Join yours and it shows up under Your gyms. Once five of you from the same gym have joined, the room opens so you can talk. Missing yours? Suggest it from the directory, or long-press the map right where it is, and we will review it. Also: the directory is browsable by country, region and city, with search; a handful of misplaced sectors are back where they belong; and a batch of screens no longer slip into Spanish in English and Portuguese.

Logging a climb now starts where you are: if there are sectors nearby, we offer them and that sector's routes load right away. In meetups: tap any participant to see their profile, and "See the spot on the map" flies you to the plan's crag. Every notification takes you to what it announces. Search for a route by name. Type "jinete" and every route with that in its name shows up, with its grade and the crag it belongs to. Routes are added by the community: if the sector already exists, yours goes straight in under your name. Performance improvements and bug fixes.

1.2 turns the social side into a proper meeting place, and opens the app up to Portuguese. YOUR PEOPLE, AT A GLANCE · New social screen: the map of your crew, today's meetups with the Friction Score for their spot at their hour, and what your friends have climbed. · Invite your friends to a meetup, or offer a private plan to just one of them from their profile. · Tap a friend on the map and you'll see who they are, how long ago they moved, and you can offer them a plan. · One inbox: all your messages in one place, with a badge for the unread ones. CONDITIONS · Alert if a plan goes south (Premium): if the friction at your meetup collapses, the app warns you as soon as it can, so the group still has time to change plans. · Every meetup page now shows the Friction Score up front. LANGUAGES · The app speaks European Portuguese, on top of Spanish and English. · Hundreds of texts that were still coming out in Spanish — the Friction Score explanations included — are now properly translated. EASIER TO LIVE WITH · The map fills the screen: search is no longer a bar covering the top, it's a glass pill floating over it. · The full guidebook opens instantly (it used to lag, and on some phones it closed the app). · In the activity feed you can now choose between the whole community and just your friends. · A meetup can stay off the board: only you and the people you invite can see it. · Dark mode rebuilt from top to bottom. · Meetup maps in satellite view, one tap back to the plain map. · Route search inside each sector, and a tick on the ones you've already sent. · Grades use a color scale built for color-blind eyes too. · Distance to every meetup on the board and to every person in Cordada Match. · When you sign up you can set your area and your level: the app gets it right from day one. · Send card for old attempts.
